In today topic i will share to you this past template that i made it's an invitation design template for christening you can also used this ideas to your child's Baptismal or First Birthday.

How to Create Simple and Elegant Invitation for Christening

In this design you don't have to be more professional in creating this very simple template all you gonna need is a simple computer application software called Adobe Photoshop where it was created
Materials that you need
- Adobe Photoshop
- A royal blue background images
- A simple photos of the celebrants
- Some of cool fonts that you can easily downloaded from the internet
- and a Royal Silhouette design for the logo.
Since you have a Adobe Photoshop Application Software that was already installed in your computer or laptop devices, You may start creating this sample invitation for christening, well if you don't have you may start downloaded some Adobe Photoshop Portable application version.
There are many kinds of Adobe Photoshop you may choose from but since you don't have any knowledge in using this image editor application you may choose the basic and simple portable application the Adobe Photoshop CS3 Portable click here and follow this basic instruction and you may begin.
After you already done installation you need to download some of elements you used in this template.
Download Cool fonts
You can easily customized your invitation by just downloading some cool fonts, you may choose from hundredth of unique and cool font in many site but i grab and get my font to Dafont.com in this site you don't have to sign up just press and select the font that you like and it will directly downloaded it easily in .Rar file all you gonna do is to extract it and installed it.
After you have an application and font you may start download a Royal Blue for your background in Google search engine.

There are hundreds of design in there but it depends on you what kind of background you may choose it really doesn't matter if you gonna followed this design that i made or not but as long as you create what you want it's called unique in design.
Next you gonna download a Royal Silhouette design for the Logo.
You'll notice that there is a letter Z in this template but actually it's a font that i put to make it a logo design since the celebrants name starts from letter Z, and lastly you need the photos of the celebrants
Now you have all the materials you need you may now start building your invitation template.
In the application Click File and New make sure that your size was in perfect shape 6 inches in width by 4 inches in Height and make sure that your resolution was on 300 and a color mode RGB. now you have a template of 4R size.
Click Open and open the background that you download and drag it on your created template.
To resize it you need to press Ctrl+T to the background and hit Enter (Shortcut Keys.
Now you have the background for your invitation next you need to open the photos of the celebrants click File Open and select the photographs that you want to include.
To resize it press Ctrl+T keys and hit enter, To re position it click the arrow key at the left part on your screen and click Auto Select at the top of the option Bar and drag and place the Photo when ever you like, Same process to the Logo and lastly put the details of the event press Text tool or Ctrl+Shift+N to create new layer and click to the template and start typing the details of the event. it is much better that you used a Ctrl+Shift+N in creating a new layer for every Detail in this way you can easily drag and re position it when ever you like.
So now you already finished the invitation template that you created now its time for you to save it.
Click File and then Save it just make sure that you save it in Two File format the first one is .Png file format where you can re edit this template and the second one is the .JPEG where you can view the output and print it.
After you satisfied to your design all you gonna do is to see the output right click the .JPEG file format and select print select the paper size in A4 size or 210 by 297 mm in printer option and click done select 4 photos in one page and uncheck the border and click print.
You may use glossy or matte photo paper in this kind of invitation.

To create a unique and elegant invitation for christening and first birthday, your layout does not have to be too colorful and the materials you use for your invitation do not have to be expensive.
a simple design and should follow your chosen birthday theme the design is key to having an elegant invitation.
If you notice in the invitation I made I used a pink and white color combination for my background because the celebrants were a girl suited to her gender.
I also used pinkish floral images and light pink balloons as additional decoration in my invitation.
For the font I just chose a simple font style to look good and I made a gold texture with the name of the celebrants so that the recievers of the invitation would immediately notice a simple oval shape I placed at the top of the layout to house the photos of celebrants and because of this I was able to make a simple but elegant invitation for the first birthday and christening.
