Have you put a plan in place where you leave the isolation?

Now this is the time to get start  and building a plan so you can start to get back to business normaly as usually you do.

My prediction is at July 1'st we will be back to our desk working away again.


So here is my 6 steps to prosper post Corona virus evacuation.

6. Business Landscape - what's change in your business. at this time what do you need to do differently. from management to staff, from processing to packaging etc.

5. Staff / Team - How do you show them both a healthy and safe environment plus a prosperous one.
which means how to show to your staff that thier working areas are safe plus the benifits that they recieved so this means that your staff and teams will enjoyed working with you and work with the fullest of their potential.

4.  Cashflow forecasts - What's the reality of success over the next six months, until the end of 2020. Show your team the reports that happens over this months and paid them extra for their good and hard work.

3. Overheads / Cost - Use this time to keep your expenses tight. Don't go back to what you had if you can manage it. Manage your money wisely buy only what your company or business need.

2. A 90 day action plan - What's the action plan over the next three months. Ensure the team are pumped by it. Listen to their ideas, proposal or suggestions sometimes it gives you more ideas to promote and upgrade your business or company.

1. 2% - What are you going to do every single day to bring that extra 2% to your worker so your staff see it and feel it.

It was very important to work with your team to the fullest of their potential. Give them what they had and ill be sure that both of you will gain benefits.
