Jobseeker needs Feedback Response

Interviewer: This conversations brings the interview to a close.

"Do you have any more questions to ask"?

Candidate: When can I possibly expect to hear back from you?

Interviewer: Maybe in this week come, we should get back to you as soon as possible.

Candidate: "Thank you for your time"."I really want this job".

A month has passed, and candidate is still unable to contact the Recruiter or HR Manager who interview her personally.

Has common courtesy become extinct?

Once a candidate gives of their time to be interviewed, they deserve a feedback.

Exclusively No excuses!.

Job searching is physically, emotionally and cost draining.

All candidates are only asking for, is your feedback to the interviewer/manager/HR Personnel to improve to land the role they want.

Constructive feedback can make change the life of an individual.

especially the applicant.

This isn’t too much to ask for you especially as candidates invest time, effort and even finances into preparing for the interviews.

A little concern, respect and empathy goes a long way.

Recruiters and HR Managers,
Once a candidate gives of their time to be interviewed.

They deserve feedback.

No excuses!

Don't leave candidates hanging
Grant them closure.
